A masterclass on workforce planning will be held on 23 April at BPP University in London. The event will be led by Lynne Gell, director of nursing and healthcare education at the BPP University School of Health. The course will use the current evidence base around primary and secondary care workforce planning, as well as the DH's supporting policy documents to give healthcare workers an overview of workforce planning. Some of the topics will include the challenges of workforce planning, models and implementation, and constructing a workforce plan.
