The RCM will host a seminar offering participants an opportunity to learn how to improve their impact and effectiveness within the profession 0n 23 May at Queens Hotel Cheltenham. It will explore four key topics (Self-Awareness, Personal Engagement, Relationship Management and Personal Influence) in a practical way, encouraging participants to create a personal development plan that enables them to be more successful in their working life. It’s open to both members and non-members of the RCM.
