The Institute of Health Visiting is hosting a series of training days about issues in safeguarding and child protection.
The days aim to update health visitors on best practice, and create health visitor experts in safeguarding. The training is free, provides 14 hours of CPD, and will be delivered around England from November 2014 to February 2015. Dates include 19 and 20 January in London, 8 and 9 January in Newcastle and 22 and 23 January in Walsall.
