A conference for healthcare professionals wanting to learn more about how to use social media in their career will be held on 25 February, at the Hallam Conference Centre in London. Speakers include Theresa Chinn, founder of @WeNursesUK, and Kath Evans, head of patient experience at NHS England. The conference will cover topics such as why Twitter is important in the NHS, social media policies, and ways to increase social media effectiveness and influence. The event will also use two interactive 'streams' of information, to help attendees understand the way information moves across social media.
