Drinking water may help those with recurrent headaches

Hydration
Increasing water intake may improve quality of life for some people who experience recurrent headaches. The study included 102 patients who reported at least two moderately intense headaches or at least five mildly intense headaches a month and who drank less than 2.5 l of fluid daily.
