New director for the Queen's Nursing Institute

Written by: | Published:

The Queen's Nursing Institute (QNI) has appointed Crystal Oldman as director, following the departure of Rosemary Cook in July.

Ms Oldman, former dean of enterprise and business management at Buckinghamshire New University's Faculty of Society and Health, has been a community nurse for 30 years and worked as a health visitor in deprived communities in London. She said: 'This is a critical time for community nursing policy, practice and education. I'm passionate about the aims of the QNI.' She joins the QNI in November.
