Get rid of all the red tape
Let the nurses do their job

I have been a nurse for nearly 44 yrs. The one thing I think that needs changing Bring back the Matrons, less managers.

I wouldn't change anything, i have been a nurse almost 40years and have loved all of my jobs and still enjoy nursing.
I think we need more people on the ground and less managers.
