Q I am setting up a social enterprise organisation; could you provide advice on recruiting suitable team members?

A This is one of the most challenging issues for new organisations. There is a trade-off between commitment to a business and how much money you will need to pay initially. Someone with a high commitment to the business may be prepared to work for little or no money in the early stages, in order to secure a share of the future success of the business.
