Diabetes UK is running an award for schools to showcase good practice in schools’ care of children and young people with diabetes. The Good Diabetes Care in School Award is part of the charity’s ‘Type 1 diabetes: Make the grade’ campaign.
The campaign aims to make sure that all children with Type 1 diabetes get the support and care they deserve at school so that they have the same opportunities as other children.
