Why did you become a nurse?
As a farmer's daughter I was always looking after sick animals, then moved more towards human health. After looking after a sick relative, I embarked on a nursing career.
How has your career developed since you started nursing?

I then moved to offender health, starting my career as head of healthcare at HMP Gloucester, expanding the role to my current one.
